Rick Perry : Military Intervention in Mexico ?

Rick Perry's stance on major national issues may be, well, evolving. However he has brought some badly needed national exposure to some "hot button" issues like Social Security, tort reform, and now, illegal immigration.

Rick Perry says he is open to sending American troops to Mexico to help battle drug cartels. Perry, the Texas governor, likens the situation to Colombia, where the government accepted American military support in battling the war on drugs.

Perry says the current violence may require similar military action.

Mexico today very much resembles the lawless, chaotic, highly unstable government of 1834-1846 when Mexico was torn apart by bitter internal political battles that verged on civil war - It makes much more sense then sending our military to Libya.

The situation on the southern border with Mexico has reached a crisis. It is grave and quickly deteriorating situation. Drug cartels are in the U.S. and are infiltrating U.S. law enforcement at an alarming rate, and border patrol agents and law enforcement are living a nightmare along the U.S. Mexico border, and the nightmare is moving north.

Drug cartel activity has escalated to whole new level. Whistle-blowers inside law enforcement have stated that Arizona Law Enforcement Officers are under a direct violent threat to themselves and their families, and some are claiming they are being coerced by the U.S. Federal government to coperate with the cartels. One of the whistle-blowers has said that he was asked by the FBI to accept drug shipments coming from Mexico through his ranching company.Law enforcement personnel are constantly approached by the cartels with bribes and now death threats. The choice is take the money and become rich by helping us, or we will assassinate you and murder your entire family.

In Mexico entire police departments have resigned en mass after threats from the cartels. The cartels are now employing the same fear and intimidation tactics against law enforcement officers in the USA. They will corrupt our law enforcement in the same manner. All Law enforcement officers now face the ugly choice of accepting an envelope of cash and helping the cartels or face an assassination of themselves and kidnapping and murder of their families.

The corrosive effect of corruption is spreading fast. The Government of the USA has lost all legitimacy and is quickly losing the consent of the governed by failing it's primary mandate -- defending the borders and protecting the citizens. Failure to defend the border is treasonous.

The cartels are better funded and with the weapons provided by the US Department of Justice and the BATF the cartels are better armed. The cartels have more personnel and many more boots on the ground. The border Sheriffs are at an extreme disadvantage. The Dept of Justice and the CIA need to be disbanded. They are putting American citizens lives in danger and threatening our national security.

This claim is supported by the announcement of the threat to National security by US ARMY Retired Major General Paul Vallely, who is the first national figure to propose an effective plan for the US government to actually secure the US border with Mexico.

We have now raised the threat level of Mexico and the Southern Border. The threat from our Southern Border is greater now than the Afghanistan/Pakistan conflict. The inactions by our government are treasonous.

Our leadership in Washington, DC continues on a rudderless course when it comes to National Security. We need leaders that understand current threats and vulnerabilities and place them in charge immediately.

It is now time to enforce the rule-of-law and the protection of Americans and our country. No more excuses…no more delays…no more politics., no more kowtowing to special interest groups, or claims by open-border believers and LaRaza. The fact is, the Citizens of the USA are in daily danger and are being killed because the border and interior states of Mexico are controlled by thugs.

Once again, the entire area is festooned with upheaval, violence, and lawlessness as it was in 1846. The northern states in Mexico; Baja California Norte, Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo Leon, Monterrey and Tamaulipas are under rogue control, and the Mexican Police and Army cannot control them. Therefore, it is in the national interest of the United States to restore order because of this clear and present danger to US Citizens and our economy.

Unless we begin to take this issue seriously things will continue to get worse and worse, the corrosive effects of corruption and money is already destroying the fabric of our culture.

There is nothing more powerful than and idea who's time has come. We must act NOW for the welfare and security of our nation. The stabilization of our Southern border and a secure, prosperous Mexico is vital to our national security. The latter may be out of our hands and not be possible, but first,the border must be secured. Mexico will never begin to solve it's own problems until we stop allowing them to export their poverty, and crime, to the U.S.

Arizona Sheriff Paul Babeu opened up last night on CNN. The sheriff implicated the ATF, Eric Holder and the Obama Justice Department as accomplices to murder involving weapons used in Operation Fast and Furious. And talked about the level of government involvement in supply guns to drug cartels in Mexico.

It's frightening. The feds are in this up over their ears. Sheriff Babeu says that more than 200 murders can be traced to guns supplied by the U.S government.

The ATF, the CIA, need to be disbanded, they have been corrupted by Obama's gangster government to work with criminals, and drug cartels NOT protect the the citizens of the United States, but to actually supply the guns that are killing Americans.

We are being betrayed by our own government



Other whistle-blowers in law enforcement are beginning to speak up also. They are revealing information that law enforcement personnel are constantly approached by the cartels with bribes and now death threats. The choice is take the money and become rich by helping us, or we will assassinate you and murder your entire family - they live in fear, and in many cases are being coerced by the Feds to cooperate with the cartels.

It's time to stop dicking around with the border issue. We have a war of gigantic proportions…illegal invasions, treacherous drug cartels, gangs, human trafficking, drugs, smuggling, kidnappings, and corruption of officials on both sides of the borders .

The problem of drugs and illegal aliens is no longer a border issue; it is a national security issue which affects every city and county in the USA.
Once the border is secured and safe again, then we can begin deporting those who entered our country illegally.

I look forward to that day when we no longer have the scourge of illegal aliens, drug dealers, thugs, and criminals undermining our culture and destroying our country… And our Federal government is NOT trying to stop them, they are assisting them.

In an incredible display of utter dishonesty Obama was out pandering to Hispanic voters, again. This time he is whining that he just can't fix immigration alone. Okay folks it's not my fault, so just vote for me okay ?

Obama says he can't fix immigration on his own

"I think there's been a great disservice done to the cause of getting a Dream Act passed and getting comprehensive immigration passed by perpetrating the notion that somehow by myself I can go and do these things," Obama said. "We have to pass bills through the legislature and then I can sign it."

Fix the immigration system is now code for the "Dream Act"

Hispanics have been so conditioned to believe that this is theirs, it belongs to them, they deserve it, that they want it over the top, not under the table -- the poor guy just can't win.

But he has tried to do it by himself. Working with the legislature is bothersome for him, he doesn't like it, it's beneath him. It's not his gangster style. He prefers giving speeches, and doing his dirty work under the table. His style is trashing his opposition, and polarizing the people. He enjoys the game of slipping his agenda through by sleight of hand, or using political trickery, going through his czars, and government appointees -- it's the street way, I rule - I won - I own you.

We know Obama cannot fix anything, we have the wreckage of a failed economy to prove it. The only thing that was ever asked of this president was to respect his oath of office and enforce the laws of the country to protect the American people, which he has refused to do. Whether it is on immigration, bailouts, stimulus, jobs, illegal wars, or the economy, he has never missed an opportunity to stick it to the people he swore to serve and protect yet.

Obama again blamed the problem on the Republicans ;

"Only a few years ago, as I said, you had some Republicans who were willing to recognize that we needed to fix our immigration system," Obama said, noting that his predecessor, George W. Bush, was among them. "Right now you do not have that kind of leadership coming from the Republican Party."

Leadership ? Obama wouldn't know leadership if he tripped over it. Acting unilaterally to push the progressive liberal's political agenda through the judiciary and with political stunts like shoving the Health Care bill down our throats with cloture, and instructing DHS to NOT deport illegal immigrants and let them stay and get work permits, is hurting Obama politically, and he knows it. The "poor me" act seems to be deliberate campaign strategy to distance himself from his miserable record, and portray him as a poor, well intentioned, slug that just get's no respect, or help.

In his speech to the Congressional Black Caucasus he went back to his old "preacher" strategy to fire up the believers (or cult followers) - "I'm with ya", "YOU can do it", I am disappointed in ya... but", " we all know there are setbacks along the way", keep pushing, keep struggling, YOU can do it - It's comical to have a leader of a nation speaking to people this way -- It's an amateurish stunt.

If Obama wins reelection it's back to the political wars. Hispanics, Blacks, as well as all other middle class Americans all will be thrown under the bus again. If Obama is anything, he is an equal opportunity deceiver. Obama will go back to pushing HIS agenda, if he is reelected. Paying off his cronies, bribing states and politicians, and shredding the Constitution. Obama needs to pay for his cherished Welfare State. and we can look forward to him pushing Cap and Trade taxes, carbon taxes, gas taxes, taxes on the wealthy, and vat taxes, and continue to resist any spending cuts for his beloved beast, the Federal Government.

If being a successful leader of the United States of America depended on how much drama the president could generate, Obama would be the most successful president ever, unfortunately it doesn't, in fact all the drama is compounding our problems, and confusing the issues for the benefit of only one person, the anointed one himself.

Cook County expands on Obama's backdoor immigration policy

The jubilation has barely faded in main-stream media in celebration of the Obama backdoor amnesty program before the open borders jurisdictions have began to expand on it - Cook County won’t hold felons for immigration and will release them - This is a Constitutional nightmare.

The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting, that Cook County, that beacon honest government, has decided to award itself the right to release illegal immigrants involved in other, serious, felonies over Federal objections if they would otherwise be released or can post bail, and super-size Obama's loosely, ill-conceived, reelection immigration policy.

The county board voted 10-5 Wednesday to allow a to halt the practice of employing such holds on behalf of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office. Commissioners Liz Gorman of Orland Park, Gregg Goslin of Glenview, Timothy Schneider of Bartlett, Peter Silvestri of Elmwood Park and John Daley of Chicago voted against the measure sponsored by Commissioner Jesus Garcia of Chicago. Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart can now ignore requests from the federal government to hold suspected illegal immigrants for an additional 48 hours in jail after they’ve either completed their sentence or bailed out ahead of trial.

It will be interesting to see if the "Department of Selective Justice" goes after Cook County for creating it's own immigration laws, as fast as it went after Arizona and Alabama.

In legal challenges to both states’ immigration control laws, the DOJ claims the measures undermine the federal government's immigration enforcement authority. A state cannot set its own immigration policy, much less pass laws that conflict with federal enforcement of the immigration laws, according to the DOJ.

In this case a major county with a population bigger than 29 U.S. states is clearly defying a federal mandate created to protect its residents from foreign criminals.

Supporters of the initiative called the federal hold requests “unfunded mandates” and argued that “millions of dollars” would be saved if they were no longer allowed. They also complained such holds were unconstitutional and violated due process laws.

“What we’re doing here today is righting a wrong against people that are on the soil of Cook County,” said Commissioner Larry Suffredin, an Evanston Democrat.Federal immigration officials may still request such holds if they are willing to pay for them, according to the resolution. A sheriff’s department official said the cost of such holds amount to $143 a day.

Opponents on the board worried that it set a bad precedent and would allow convicted criminals to thwart deportation efforts.“This ordinance in my opinion is a monumental mistake,” said Schneider, a Republican. “These people are going to go back into our communities and commit more crimes.”

The policy has already gone into effect: Chicago Administrative Amnesty Beneficiary Sanchez.

"Eduardo E. Sanchez blew a red light, and then punched and elbowed a police officer who arrested him — sending the officer to the hospital earlier this week, authorities said.

But after being charged with a felony and several traffic offenses, the 32-year-old Southwest Side man posted 10 percent of his $25,000 bond and walked out of Cook County Jail Wednesday, thanks to an hours-old ordinance passed by Cook County commissioners.

While federal authorities had requested the sheriff’s office hold Sanchez for up to 48 hours after he posted bond, the new county ordinance instructs the sheriff to disregard those requests and release suspected illegal immigrants just like anyone else who posts bond… Sanchez…was among several inmates with ICE detainers who were charged with felonies but who posted bond and walked out of jail since Wednesday’s county board vote.

President Obama’s example in refusing to enforce immigration law is being followed, and now expanded on, by the open borders jurisdictions. This is a first-rate Constitutional crisis. WHERE IS THE GOP? As far as I know only U.S. Representative Lou Barletta, PA-11  has categorically condemned the Obama coup.

Perry's Immigration Problem

In the Sept. 7 Republican debate, Perry, governor of a border state for more than a decade, didn't have much to say about immigration. When asked how he would secure the U.S.-Mexican border, his answer was "boots on the ground" -- Border Patrol agents -- and more unmanned drone aircraft - many Republicans and conservatives fear is that he is too soft on immigration. he did go on to criticize Obama on the issue by saying ;

"For the president of the United States to go to El Paso, Texas, and say that the border is safer than it's ever been, either he has some of the poorest intel of a president in the history of this country, or he was an abject liar to the American people," Perry said. "It is not safe on that border."

But Romney was prepared for the question and hit it out of the park, first, he called for a fence along the border. Then, he called for more U.S. agents to secure the fence. And then he called for measures to turn off what he called the "magnet" drawing illegal immigrants to the United States. "Sanctuary cities, giving tuition breaks to the kids of illegal aliens, employers that knowingly hire people who are here illegally -- those things also have to be stopped," Romney said.

The "magnet" and "Sanctuary cities" are the key points in getting a handle on illegal aliens entering the U.S. and now Obama's backdoor amnesty program is yet another magnet drawing them in. Now once they get here they can mostly stay if they keep a low profile and don't break any serious laws. Laws such as illegal entry, document fraud, personal ID theft, driving under the influence, are not likely to get illegals deported any longer - and since the the new policy just begun we are not sure what will ? murder ? rape ? aggravated assault ? carrying a concealed deadly weapon ? we don't know it's entirely up to the discretion of immigration officials, who under Obama are very illegal alien friendly and likely to be very lenient.

Perry's positions will alienate a significant part of the Republican primary electorate. Romney or some other candidate will take advantage of that.

Perry doesn't support the idea of a fence, "Building a wall on the entire border is a preposterous idea," he said recently in New Hampshire. "The only thing a wall would possibly accomplish is to help the ladder business." Perry says he supports some forms of "strategic fencing in certain urban areas," but that's all.

Perry opposes E-Verify, which is a program requiring employers to check the legal status of new hires. It has been very effective in stopping the hiring of illegals, but Perry does not support requiring private businesses to use it, and he doesn't want state agencies in Texas to use it, either. "E-Verify would not make a hill of beans' difference in what's happening today," Perry said in a 2010 debate.

What does Perry support ? Taxpayer-subsidized, in-state tuition for illegal immigrants. Perry signed the Texas Dream Act in 2001. "We must say to every Texas child learning in a Texas classroom, 'We don't care where you came from, but where you are going," Perry said, which makes for a good sound bite, but does nothing to stop Mexico from exporting the education of it's children to the U.S, or helping Americans kids who are getting the shaft when it comes to getting a decent education in the U.S.

Perry also supports a guest worker program "I support a guest worker program that takes undocumented workers off the black market and legitimizes their economic contributions without providing them citizenship status," Perry said in 2006. "A guest worker program that provides foreign workers with an ID removes the incentive for millions of people to illegally enter our country." that's just amnesty with a different label.

The fact that Perry is the Governor of Texas may be a major strike against him after all, not because of liberal "Cowboy" meme that get pushed around in the media, but because of his myopic views on national policies - We don't need a "President of Texas", we need a "President of the the United States" and just duplicating laws that have been implemented in Texas because Texas has created jobs and has an economy with a pulse does mean they are good for the country - On one issue alone Perry's support of guest worker program tries to make the argument that by legalizing these workers they will pay taxes and therefore become productive members of our society - Nothing could be further from the truth. Illegals aliens don't risk their lives, leave their families, and country to come here to see what they can put in, they come here to see what they can get - We already know that while some may pay taxes - it pales in comparison to what they get back in educational grants - social services, and welfare.

The TREASURY INSPECTOR GENERAL FOR TAX ADMINISTRATION RECOVERY ACT has just released a shocking report that revels that with our debt standing at over $14.5 trillion and counting, The Internal Revenue Service allowed undocumented workers to collect $4.2 billion in refundable tax credits last year, a new audit says, almost quadruple the sum five years ago.

We need a President who sees the big picture, and abides by his oath to serve and protect the people of the United States, not another president that thinks he has all the answers and is above the laws and can ignore our Constitution, because he knows better. Maybe he'd be better off staying in Texas.

Obama's Uncle Get's Back Door Amnesty

 No surprise here. The Boston Globe reported Friday that Onyango Obama, the half-brother of the president’s father, was released from jail Thursday after being held for more than two weeks on an immigration detainer after he was arrested on a drunk-driving charge.

Asked about the case last week, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano told reporters she couldn’t comment on a specific matter and didn’t know enough about the incident. Yea right, she probably handled the "fix" for Obama's uncle personally.

The chairman of the House Judiciary Committee said Friday that President Obama’s half-uncle, an illegal immigrant who was picked up but has reportedly been released from jail, appears to have benefited from the new “backdoor amnesty” the administration announced last month.

“It appears there is a double standard — one for President Obama’s family and one for everyone else,” Rep. Lamar Smith, Texas Republican, said. “Last year, President Obama’s illegal immigrant aunt was granted asylum and now his illegal immigrant uncle has been released from [the Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agency] custody, even though he was arrested by authorities for drunk driving.”

Just what we need another illegal alien drunk driver running loose killing Americans. Obama's new "backdoor amnesty"policy gives  immigration authorities more discretion to let illegal immigrants go, rather than pursue efforts to deport them. The new policy of course doesn't include entering the country illegally, overstaying your visa, drunk driving, document forgery, personal identification theft etc., as breaking law, and we still don't know what they will consider breaking law, it appears to be highly discretionary and will probably be applied unevenly and unfairly as in the case of the highly connected  Uncle Onyang, who no doubt used his pull with his nephew to ignore our laws for his benefit.

Rep. Lamar Smith said the case will be the first “test case” for a new Homeland Security policy announced last month that gives immigration authorities more discretion to let illegal immigrants go, rather than pursue efforts to deport them.

Now illegal aliens will have to commit more serious crimes before facing deportation , and if they are politically connected like Uncle Onyang probably not even then. And no doubt there will be many more crimes committed against Americans.Cross your fingers and hope it's not YOU or one of your loved ones that becomes a victim of one of these so-called test cases for backdoor amnesty -- many Americans have and will continue to be victims of illegal aliens that disrespect our laws.

A White House spokesman said last week that he did not expect the man to receive special treatment.

The Globe said it was unclear where the president’s uncle was.

So shut up and move on --  nothing to see here.

Boston : Mourners at a  Milford church yesterday for the funeral of a 23-year-old  Matthew Denice expressed outrage over a young life ended by what authorities say was an illegal alien who was driving drunk.

The 23-year-old Milford man was killed last week when an intoxicated illegal immigrant hit his motorcycle and dragged his body for approximately a quarter-mile. The young man was a recent graduate of Framingham State University and had worked his way through college. He was described by his stepfather as a "great All-American kid" and his stepfather believes that his son was murdered.

Governor Deval Patrick -- President Obama's right hand man in Massachusetts refuses to blame his lax enforcement of immigration laws in the state as a cause of the tragedy, instead preferring to explain that people are killed everyday, the fact this guy was an illegal alien with a prior record is just happenstance -- What an mind-blowing  position from someone serving as a governor in a major state of the U.S. to take. The fact is, that if this guy had been deported as law requires Matthew Denice would be alive today.

This serious car accident follows after the 34-year-old drunk driver was convicted of other crimes that should have resulted in deportation. The man was convicted of three assault charges, breaking and entering with intent to commit felony, and other crimes.

The drunk driver was arrested and charged with the following crimes:

• Negligent vehicular homicide while driving under the influence of liquor
•  Failure to stop for police
•  Driving while unlicensed
•  Leaving the scene of an accident involving personal injury/death
•  Open container violation
• Failure to yield at a stop sign
• Resisting arrest
•  Wanton or reckless conduct creating risk to a child

A detainer warrant was also issued by Homeland Security, But I am not optimistic this guy will pay for his crime.

Obama's Uncle Onyango -- an illegal alien is arrested for drunk driving

Okay you can't make this stuff up. Right in the midst of the uproar of Obama's implementation of the "Dream Act" by executive fiat, and while in Obama is in Martha's Vineyard hobnobbing with his rich white friends and campaign donors, the mystery of  "Where is Uncle Onyango" has been solved.

Obama's uncle Onyango Obama an illegal was arrested for drunk driving...he is going to use the same lawyer as Aunt Zeituni Onyango , who also was living in Boston as an illegal, Margaret Wong The now infamous Immigration attorney from Clevaland, who as far as we know was not born here, but is legal.

Uncle Onyango is being held by ICE because there is a warrant out on him. I would like to know who is paying Margaret Wong's fees? You would think with that empty mansion in Chicago, the president would take in, or help his Aunt & Uncle instead of having the taxpayers support them ?

Apparently Uncle Onyango was not invited to any of the lobster dinners or fundraisers the Obama's attended while at Martha's Vineyard, and was left on his own to wander around outside Boston.

Framingham police said Onyango Obama was arrested Wednesday after he failed to stop completely at a stop sign and a police officer had to quickly apply his brakes to avoid hitting Obama's SUV. Officer Val Krishtal said in a written report that Obama slurred his speech and became argumentative after he was told that he was being stopped because he had failed to fully stop and yield to traffic. "I explained to him that I narrowly avoided striking his vehicle, and he told me that he did not hear my tires screeching, so I was not being accurate," Krishtal said in the report.

Obama originally told Krishtal he had nothing to drink but later said he had had two beers, Krishtal wrote in the report.Krishtal said Obama failed several sobriety tests and blew a reading of 0.14 percent on a blood-alcohol breath test, which is above the state's legal driving limit of 0.08 percent.

The arrest ends a mystery over the fate of a relative that the US President wrote in his memoir had moved to America from Kenya in the 1960s, and his whereabouts were unknown.

I have a feeling that Obama was not looking too hard for him, but thankfully Uncle Onyango finally found Obama, it should be ah, er, uh happy family reunion, after the drunk driving charges, illegal alien issues, and lawyer fees are all settled. Obama will probably drop him back in taxpayers laps.

That's not how our system works - Well, it does now

It only took about a month -- that's right, a whole month, to change the system -- Obama had this to say about Rule of Law in America:

"I swore an oath to uphold the laws on the books. ... I know some people want me to bypass Congress and change the laws on my own -- that's not how our system works."

In a shameless stunt to secure the Hispanic vote, and undaunted by congressional rebuffs, Obama has resorted to fiat execution of the unpopular DREAM Act -- a.k.a. the "Amnesty Bill.

The Department of Homeland Security announced that it will halt all deportation proceedings against illegal immigrants who attend school, who have family in the military or who are primarily responsible for the care of other family members, allowing them to apply for work permits. This means that only illegal aliens who have committed serious criminal offenses in the United States will now be candidates for detention and deportation. -- setting aside of course the first serious criminal offenses that many illegals commit entering the U.S. illegally such as; illegal entry, using false documents, giving false names, carrying weapons etc,.

The Mexican Ministry of Foreign Relations puts out a guide telling Mexicans how they break into the United States in it the Mexican government covers topics like how to safely cross rivers, and deserts, how to avoid human traffickers, (COYOTES, POLLEROS) What rights they have if they are caught, such the right to receive medical attention, the right to contact a Mexican Consulate, the right to receive legal representation without conditions and obstacles, the right To have safe transport. the right to have food and water whenever you needed, and the right to NOT state your migratory status at the time of arrest to authorities.

I am looking forward to reading the follow up guide that will no doubt be published by the Mexican government now that Dream Act has been implemented by executive fiat. How to stay in the United States after you have broken in :

1. Apply for Student Loans and get into school.
2. If your a male knock someone up, preferably an American citizen.
3. If your female, get knocked up early, and often.
4. Apply for work permits.

Remember you have rights, demand they are respected !

Article II, Section 3 directs the president to "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed." That is, it directs the Executive Branch to ensure that laws Congress enacts are carried out. It does not direct the president either to write his own laws or to carry out laws Congress itself has refused to pass. To do so is a blatant violation of the "Separation of Powers" doctrine that the Founders integrally wove throughout the fabric of the Constitution.

The same president who swore an oath on his inauguration to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" is thus continuing to trample it by refusing to enforce existing immigration laws and by making up his own. Apparently, that's how "our system" works now.

American Families Paying a High Price for Open Border Policies

Many American families are paying a very high price for liberal policies that encourage illegal aliens to enter our country. It's not only the negative economic impact of more competition for fewer and fewer jobs that worries Americans, but also the human tragedies that result from crimes committed against Americans and an unusually high incident drunken-driving fatalities involving Hispanic drivers, especially illegal aliens.

Often illegal aliens are NOT deported for committing DUI violations, in fact in California, Democratic lawmakers have defeated a bill that would have done just that called Sarah's Law. Sara Cole a mother of four was hit by a drunken driver as she loaded her sons’ bikes into the family car. The severe blow crushed the northern California woman’s legs, leaving her partially paralyzed. The illegal alien driver (Lucio Rodriguez) had a previous drunken driving conviction, a suspended license and a blood alcohol level of more than twice the legal limit.

Rodriguez will now remain protected from automatic deportation in California thanks to Democratic lawmakers, who joined forces to defeat the bill known as Sara’s Law. The two legislators who voted for the much-needed ordinance in the state Assembly’s public safety committee were Republicans with the majority Democrats voting against it.

Americans will eventually have to stand up and fight. The left continues implement social and economic policies that are bad for America, and Americans. Democrats insist we need a larger and more intrusive Nanny State, however they can not even perform the two most basic duties of the State, protect our sovereignty and our security. Instead they are more interested in usurping our laws, and ignoring the will of the American people.

Illegal aliens came into our country knowing they were breaking our laws. Why then are we so surprised when they also commit document fraud, murder, rape, crimes against children, burglary, drive without a license, without insurance and while intoxicated. Why are we surprised when they do not respect our laws when we do not respect them ourselves.
