MEXICAN ATTORNEY GENERAL: "OBAMA MORE INVOLVED IN FAST & FURIOUS THAN ADMITTED!"

The Obama administration just can't catch a break, and is getting hit from all sides with accusations that the administration knew much more about Operation Fast and Furious, that it has admitted, and the trail is leading right up to the White House.

Continued stonewalling by the U.S. Department of Justice in providing documents regarding the controversial Operation Fast and Furious is only fueling the speculation that the operation was "dreamed up" by the Obama administration to show proof that U.S. guns are contributing to the crime and violence in Mexico," something that has been alleged by President Obama, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and their supporters in the gun-control lobby.

In a statement released by Mexican Attorney General Marisela Morales, she called Operation Fast and Furious “an attack on Mexicans’ security.”
Morales told Mexican reporters that she is demanding a full and honest explanation from the United States government especially since evidence is being gathered that reveals the Obama administration was more involved in Operation Fast and Furious than top officials admitted in their sworn statements.
President Obama said in June he would discipline the Fast and Furious organizers once the investigation is completed. He then stated that the Fast and Furious fiasco was never approved by his Justice Department officials.

However, reports from several sources including the non-governmental agency Judicial Watch, Fox News Channel strongly suggest there indeed high-level government involvement.

According to Fox News, documents obtained by their news staff revealed that the ATF agents involved actually sold some of the guns to gang members. They allegedly purchased the guns with taxpayer money.

Meanwhile Mexico's Attorney General claims she learned about the operation in the news media rather than being told about it in advance by U.S. government officials, including members of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's staff.
Morales said that if U.S. federal officials were involved, it would be a “betrayal” of Mexico while its police and military were fighting a war against drug cartels. Tens of thousands of Mexicans have been killed since the "war on drugs" began in 2006. Almost weekly, Mexican authorities are finding mass graves of those murdered by the cartels.
Ultimately, some or all of the operation's weapons ended up in the hands of Mexican cartel members who allegedly used them to kill Mexicans and two American law enforcement officers: a U.S. Border Patrol agent in Arizona, and an agent with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement bureau who was gunned down on a Mexican road between Mexico City and Monterrey, Mexico. Both men worked at agencies that are part of the Homeland Security Department.

The solution to sleazy politicians is: less government

The Solyndra scandal, TARP, bailouts for the zombie banks, bailouts for the auto makers, money for big unions -- it's all coming down hard on Americans, we pay for it all. While the politicians, bankers, CEO's, investors, and thugs cover their losses at tax payer expense and move on to the next game.

The reasons why Solyndra will hit the Obama administration very hard are two fold, first; because it should, and second; because the American people are sick of it.

But if you want a withering indictment of the sleaziness of the whole Obama gangster government enterprise, a trip to Chicago is very illuminating.

Here’s some of what John Kass of the Chicago Tribune wrote about the “Chicago smell” of this issue.

Excerpts below ;
The Solyndra scandal cost at least a half-billion public dollars. It is plaguing PresidentBarack Obama. And it’s being billed as a Washington story. But back in Obama’s political hometown, those of us familiar with the Chicago Way can see something else in Solyndra — something that the Washington crowd calls “optics.” In fact, it’s not just a Washington saga — it has all the elements of a Chicago City Hall story, except with more zeros. …did you really believe it when the White House mouthpieces — who are also Chicago City Hall mouthpieces — promised they were bringing a new kind of politics to Washington? This is not a new kind of politics. It’s the old kind. The Chicago kind. And now the Tribune Washington Bureau has reported that the U.S. Department of Energyemployee who helped monitor the Solyndra loan guarantee was one of Obama’s top fundraisers. Fundraising? Contracts? Imagine that. …it’s the same old politics, the same kind practiced in Washington and Chicago and anywhere else where appetites are satisfied by politicians. When the government picks winners and losers, who’s the loser? Just look in the mirror, hold that thought, and tell me later.
Kass does a great job of describing how these legal forms of corruption take place.
In Solyndra, like any proper City Hall political scandal, there are similar archetypes. There are the guys who count. The guys who bring the cash. They count because they do the counting. They have leverage. They’re always there at the fundraisers. And so they’re the ones who are allowed to gorge at the public trough. The bureaucrats are the fulcrum so the guys with the leverage can lift great weight without too much effort. And while they might whine privately among themselves, they don’t hold news conferences to blow the whistle. They keep their mouths shut until the deal is done. If anyone gets caught and the problem becomes public, at least they’ve got email to cover their behinds. And they’re doing a good job covering. But there’s one group that doesn’t get their behinds covered. Instead, their behinds are right out there, suspended foolishly, and waiting to get kicked. We’re the taxpayers — in Illinois we call ourselves chumbolones because we’re the ones who stupidly end up covering all the losses. As in the Solyndra mess.
His last point hits right to the heart of the matter. Taxpayers always wind up with the short end of the stick. Meanwhile, all the politicians, bureaucrats, lobbyists, and interest groups simply shrug their shoulders and move on to the next scam.

Cook County expands on Obama's backdoor immigration policy

The jubilation has barely faded in main-stream media in celebration of the Obama backdoor amnesty program before the open borders jurisdictions have began to expand on it - Cook County won’t hold felons for immigration and will release them - This is a Constitutional nightmare.

The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting, that Cook County, that beacon honest government, has decided to award itself the right to release illegal immigrants involved in other, serious, felonies over Federal objections if they would otherwise be released or can post bail, and super-size Obama's loosely, ill-conceived, reelection immigration policy.

The county board voted 10-5 Wednesday to allow a to halt the practice of employing such holds on behalf of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office. Commissioners Liz Gorman of Orland Park, Gregg Goslin of Glenview, Timothy Schneider of Bartlett, Peter Silvestri of Elmwood Park and John Daley of Chicago voted against the measure sponsored by Commissioner Jesus Garcia of Chicago. Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart can now ignore requests from the federal government to hold suspected illegal immigrants for an additional 48 hours in jail after they’ve either completed their sentence or bailed out ahead of trial.

It will be interesting to see if the "Department of Selective Justice" goes after Cook County for creating it's own immigration laws, as fast as it went after Arizona and Alabama.

In legal challenges to both states’ immigration control laws, the DOJ claims the measures undermine the federal government's immigration enforcement authority. A state cannot set its own immigration policy, much less pass laws that conflict with federal enforcement of the immigration laws, according to the DOJ.

In this case a major county with a population bigger than 29 U.S. states is clearly defying a federal mandate created to protect its residents from foreign criminals.

Supporters of the initiative called the federal hold requests “unfunded mandates” and argued that “millions of dollars” would be saved if they were no longer allowed. They also complained such holds were unconstitutional and violated due process laws.

“What we’re doing here today is righting a wrong against people that are on the soil of Cook County,” said Commissioner Larry Suffredin, an Evanston Democrat.Federal immigration officials may still request such holds if they are willing to pay for them, according to the resolution. A sheriff’s department official said the cost of such holds amount to $143 a day.

Opponents on the board worried that it set a bad precedent and would allow convicted criminals to thwart deportation efforts.“This ordinance in my opinion is a monumental mistake,” said Schneider, a Republican. “These people are going to go back into our communities and commit more crimes.”

The policy has already gone into effect: Chicago Administrative Amnesty Beneficiary Sanchez.

"Eduardo E. Sanchez blew a red light, and then punched and elbowed a police officer who arrested him — sending the officer to the hospital earlier this week, authorities said.

But after being charged with a felony and several traffic offenses, the 32-year-old Southwest Side man posted 10 percent of his $25,000 bond and walked out of Cook County Jail Wednesday, thanks to an hours-old ordinance passed by Cook County commissioners.

While federal authorities had requested the sheriff’s office hold Sanchez for up to 48 hours after he posted bond, the new county ordinance instructs the sheriff to disregard those requests and release suspected illegal immigrants just like anyone else who posts bond… Sanchez…was among several inmates with ICE detainers who were charged with felonies but who posted bond and walked out of jail since Wednesday’s county board vote.

President Obama’s example in refusing to enforce immigration law is being followed, and now expanded on, by the open borders jurisdictions. This is a first-rate Constitutional crisis. WHERE IS THE GOP? As far as I know only U.S. Representative Lou Barletta, PA-11  has categorically condemned the Obama coup.

Obama's Jack-Booted Thugs Raid Gibson Guitar Company

The latest efforts by the gangster government to crack down on American business, and stifle the free market system in America is the federal raid on Gibson Guitar Company, you read that right...the Gibson Guitar Company.

The Obama administration the Dept of Selective Justice, and the Dept of Homeland Insecurity seems to pushing only the Obama agenda of going after enemies of the State such as; donors to the Republican party, and companies that dare stand up to the big unions, like Boeing, who was attacked by the Obama led NLRB for creating jobs in a right to work state.

While Obama's jack booted thugs have no interest in deporting illegal aliens, or enforcing voter intimidation laws, or hate crime against whites, they are keeping busy kicking down doors of private business in America and threatening the people who create REAL jobs.

20 heavily armed officers from the Fish and Wildlife Service and Homeland Security stormed Gibson Guitar Company. Since when do we heavily arm officers from the Fish and Wildlife Service?

Gibson guitar CEO Juszkiewicz Henry called into NRANews Radio's Cam and Company and spoke with host Cam Edwards about how his company is being unfairly targeted. Cam brings up the possibility that this may be a political witch hunt based on political donations made to republicans rather than democrats by the company.
"I believe that these guys are out to get us."
Juszkiewicz also explains how Gibson guitar owners must fill out multiple forms of paperwork to prove the material used to build the guitar is legal. Yes, the federal government is not worried about terrorists, criminals, drug dealers, and gangs crossing our southern border, or illegal gunrunning into Mexico by ATF, but thay are worried about unregistered guitars floating around in the market place.

Any laws that make it easier for govt thugs to kick down the doors of our homes and businesses are BAD laws.

The Gibson Guitar Company  just happens to be located in a right-to-work state and is a non-union company. The Obama administration.has sent it`s thugs and goons in to the Gibson factory and stolen one million dollars worth of wood used to manufacture guitars.

Every guitar company of any size in the US uses the same wood, secured from the same sources, yet only Gibson has been singled out for persecution. Martin Guitar Co., on the other hand has not been raided. It just happens that Martin is a union company and it`s CEO,C.F.MartinIV has contributed over $35,000.00 to the Democrat party over the past election cycles.

Welcome to the New America, with the living, breathing, useless Constitution.
